How to Request a Return

  • Contact us at support@bellucciandco.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  • Products must be securely packaged in their original condition and packaging.

  • Ship the product to the return address we provide.

Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a refund:

  • The watch must be unused, in original condition, and free from damage.

  • All original tags, stickers, and protective coverings must remain intact.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your watch arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs

  • Outbound shipping (to you) is covered by Bellucci & CO.

  • Return shipping (back to us) is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective products.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment.

  • Once a tracking number has been issued or the item is in transit, cancellations are not possible.

  • A 5% restocking fee applies to canceled orders to cover processing costs.
